All contracts will be made by “as is”, “where is” basis in order to offer you better lower price. However, we inspect all of system operation by engineer at hospital deinstallation as well as service record available.
Contract can be made as THREE ways below:
1.Contract
a.EX-GO
This is a contract which we sell system as “de-installed and vinyl packing condition” as stored at our designated warehouse
b.FOB
This is a contract which crated system is delivered to your designated shipping agency after custom clearance and vanning
c.CIF(C&F)
This is a kind of FOB contract with ocean freight to your designated por with insurance(CIF) or without insurance (C&F)
2.Payment term
We only accept 100% payment by telegraphic transfer remittance (T/T) or bank transfer at contract made (before shipment)
3.Payment currency
We accept payment in three currencies: US Dollars, Japanese Yen, and Euro
4.Warranty
We sell all products for overseas in “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis (Basic system function and condition are checked by engineering team just before deinstallation)
